This information is then sent to the Housekeeper and is used for our formal lettings records, so please ensure it is correct and as per your conversation!

Much of what makes Tobago such a nice place to stay is that is it a very well looked after block of flats, with surrounding gardens and amenities. This brings with it responsibilities that we as owners have to ensure our guests understand, so we include other important information about Tobago (such as parking, access, bins etc) in the Welcome Pack you’ll find in Tobago itself. Guests are asked to run through it just to be sure of how everything works! Feel free to read through this before your holiday in Tobago.

Arrival time is 4pm, but again, you may be able to arrive earlier, depending on other guest bookings and/or key retrieval. Do check with us! For substantially later arrivals, you will be requested to pick up the keys from the housekeeper’s property (in Bexhill on Sea).
Departure time is usually 11am on the day of departure. However, you may be able to stay later, depending on other guest bookings and our housekeeper’s diary – so do check with us for your specific departure time.
